To apply this effect, we will be using a plugin called "Motion Bro"
Follow these steps
1. Download Motion Bro Plugin

2. Now you can either install it via "Creative Cloud" that is super easy but if you want to use it without CC then download the "Extension"
3. Extract the extension files.
4. Now download and install the "Zxp" installer from the following website.

5. Open "Zxp" and select the "premiere pro" and locate the "Extention" file that you had extracted earlier. After that it will prompt to Install.
6. Next download and unzip the free presets

7. After extraction, Open the Premiere pro and under "Windows" and "Extention" you will find motion Bro.
After that you will have to navigate to the extracted "Free Presets" folder. And it will be automatically installed.
And then from the transitions, you can apply the zoom effect in your videos easily.
