Part two in the series expands our existing codebase to support a mouse look on the character, sets up our third-person camera and finally gets the character animating whilst moving.
More than ever it's a great time to start learning Unreal Engine 5, I'm starting this series of videos to help jump-start people into the engine by making a game from scratch and walking you through all of the steps.
I've worked with Unity for 10 years before shifting to Unreal 5 years ago, the transition from one engine to the other wasn't easy, but I hope this series can help smooth things over for you.
This series is geared towards people moving over from Unity3D and into Unreal, but you can still follow along if you've no experience in game development.
