new shrympo collab part !!! cool !!!, anyway this was really fun to make, i tried to replicate like... digital compression artifacts, for the colors i used krita's palettize filter, so that my colors actually looked like they were compressed, and for the deco i got inspired by Text Mode Pixel Art, so i took cues from the character set of the commodore PET, and just went from there lol.
