Bus Ticket Counter Ticketing System
Counter Panel Management
To manage the counter management of the CW Ticketing System please follow the procedure below:
1. Login to CW Ticketing bus ticketing system, by entering your username and password.
2. Select point of departure, destination, and travel date. Then click the search button. A page will appear with coach information.
3. Click on “View Seat” of any of the buses where you can see the seat details and sell the available seats as well.
4. To sell, fill out the required field and click on “Confirm Selling”, then click “Continue” to reaffirm.
5. The ticket will be ready to be printed. Click “save” to print.
6. If you want to cancel selling the ticket, then click on a sold ticket. Then on the next page, click the “Cancel Ticket” button.
7. Tick off the seat number on the top-left corner of the appearing page and fill out the required field, then click “Submit”. The ticket will be canceled.
8. To book a ticket, click on one of the available seats and fill out the requirements including how long you want to book the ticket. Then click “Confirm Booking”.
9. Check the ticket status by clicking on the booked ticket and click on “Issue Ticket”.
10. Then click on the booked ticket and click “Confirm Selling”. Then click “Save” to print the ticket.
11. You can also view and print the departure sheet of any of the buses. By clicking on “info” of any departure sheet, you will be able to view the details including PNR, Passenger details, route-boarding, issue details, and seat details. It also displays booked details, booked cancel details, and sold cancel details.
12. By clicking on the “Departure Expense” you can select a fleet and insert expense amount and notes.
13. Go to the Dashboard, then click on “My Sales”. Enter dates and a payment method to view, print, and export the data.
14. Click on “My Transaction” to view, print, and export your transactions.
15. Click on “Head Office Deposit” to deposit the balance to a dedicated bank. Hit “Submit” to transfer balance.
16. To print a sold ticket or SMS it to the passenger, select the ticket and copy the PNR code. Go to the homepage, and paste the PNR code in the given box. Now, click the “search” button.
From the “Passenger List” option, you can see the passenger detail.
