the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, in cooperation with the organizing committee for the New Year celebrations in the emirate, is preparing to welcome the year 2023 with impressive fireworks displays on musical rhythms that may set new records in the Guinness Book of Records.
These celebrations include displays of drones, nano lights, and harmonious arrangements of colors and shapes that move to the rhythms of electronic music. The New Year celebration will be witnessed in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah ( #RAKNYE2023 An exceptional display of fireworks that will light up the sky will last for 12 minutes and extend over 4.7 kilometers along the waterfront between Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village. Visitors will be mesmerized by the captivating light shows to the music set to break new records once again.

Al Marjan Island will be an ever-changing stage of massive fireworks, accompanied by spectacular drone pyrotechnics. There are more than 15,000 fireworks as well as 5,000 hours of hard work, 130 sea pontoons, and hundreds of drones with pyrotechnics
The fireworks are designed in European factories and hand-crafted by historic fireworks families over the past couple of months. The large shells, the bright and changing colours, and unique forms will contribute to the show’s beauty. The 12 minutes of fireworks is accompanied by nano-lights and stunning orchestral, electronic music that will amaze visitors. The whole stage of fireworks is a massive 4.7-kilometer stage, with dancing lights dancing to energetic music that flows from one side of the bay to the other.
