HP Deskjet 3788 E3 printer error fix.
In this video, I show how to fix the E3 HP Deskjet 3788 error.
This error seems related to the cartridges not being able to move normal, in order to print.
What you need to do is to open the printer, remove the 4 screws, clean everything as best as you can, and inspect for anything unusual inside the printer.
In my case, I had ink spilled on the right side.
It's a good idea to use the printer once in a while, do not leave it idle for too long.
