Let Us Upgrade Ubuntu Desktop 14.04/14.10 to Ubuntu 15.04 (Vivid Vervet) - 64bit

You Can also Install in Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Linux Mint, Debain

To Upgrade on a Server System:-

Install the update package if it is not already installed.
Step1 :- sudo apt-get update-manager-core.

Make sure the upgrades is set to normal.
Step2 :- sudo nano /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.

Launch the upgrade tool with the command
Step3 :- sudo do-release-upgrade.
