PROJECT OVERTHROW Mission #4: Breaking Ranks Gameplay (HARD) | Stealth | SA Mercenaries DLC
This is the fourth mission of the Project Overthrow Mission Series from the San Andreas Mercenaries Update called 'Breaking Ranks'. These missions are given to you by Charlie Reed as part of his Los Santos Angels team. You are assigned as the Team Leader for these missions. In this mission, you have to head to the McKenzie Airfield first, where you will land you Avenger and then head to Merryweather's secondary base at a Warehouse in Grapeseed via road. After the recent events Merryweather are panicking and are relocating their valuable tech back to the main HQ. It is the cobalt from the Davis Quartz Quarry. Charlie wants to find out what they are using it for. Once you are outside the warehouse, take out the Merryweather guards, preferably silently. Then head inside and take out the guards inside while searching & collecting 4 Merryweather crates. Load them onto the Rumpo inside and head out to your Avenger. While heading to the Avenger, it will be destroyed by an airstrike from Merryweather, and you will have to drive back to the LSA Lockup to deliver the crates. It will be hard for Charlie to get another Avenger in there with all the airstrikes coming. You will have to keep moving above a certain speed to prevent being locked on by jets. Charlie will then send in Rooster McCraw who will fly in with lock-on jammer. Stick close underneath him and you will be safe from the airstrikes. Once near the city, Merryweather will back off.
This mission can be played with 1 - 4 players.
