This Weapon Pairing is a Match Made in Heaven | Elden Ring PvP
An unlikely pair of weapons turns out to be extremely strong. A Curved Greatsword combined with a Thrusting Shield in the off-hand (with Shield Strike) is a match made in heaven. You are able to true combo an L2 (shield strike) out of almost every 1-Handed CGS attack. For those wondering about the builds, pure Dex with Bloodhound's Fang (Dragobolt Grease) and Lightning Dueling Shield is optimal for damage. I also used a pure Intelligence build for cold status and Glintblade Phalanx on the Dismounter and Carian Thrusting Shield.
