How to fix black bars :
Open Starfield.exe with a Hex Editor
Replace 8E E3 18 40 with 39 8E 63 40 for 32:9
How to fix FOV + HUD Center:
Download StarfieldCustom.ini here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rbRx...
Place it here %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Starfield\
You can adjust the Fov in first person changing the line fFPWorldFOV=X (in the video is set at 115)
Important : this is the Steam version. If you already have a savegame, just talk to a NPC and the fix will work.
EDIT : adding this line in StarfieldCustom.ini make it works with the Gamepass version
