Boost Your Email Game with Mailchimp's New Resend Feature
Mailchimp allows you to schedule campaign resends to subscribers who did not open it. I'm unsure if this is a new feature, but it should save you some time, as it automatically creates the non-openers segment.
Why Resend Emails to Non-Openers?
If your first email went unopened, resending it can help more people see it, but try to use this approach sparingly.
Too many resent emails might lead some people to unsubscribe or mark your emails as spam.
Feel free to follow up if your email offers something special, such as an invitation to an exciting event, a helpful eBook, or exclusive discounts! In these cases, your value makes the risk of sending another email worth it.
