Pre और Post क्लेम क्या है ??
मानलीजिये किसी का 1 तारिक को सर्जरी हुई 2 तारिक को उनको डिस्चार्ज कर दिया, अब एक तरीक से पहले भी वो डाक्टर के पास गये होंगे बहुत सरे टेस्ट हुए होंगे दवाइया भी खायी होंगी ये सब खर्च जो सर्जरी के दिन से पहले हुआ वो pre में और सर्जरी होने के बाद भी डॉक्टर दवाई देता है ये घाव की ड्रेसिंग के लिए जाना पड़ता है और भी कुछ में बाद में भी टेस्ट करना पड़ता है तो ये सब खर्च जो सर्जरी के बाद होता है वो post में आता है आप क्लेम को pre, main और फिर post के हिसाब से अलग अलग भेज सकते है या pre +main फिर post क्लेम अपलोड कर सकते है
