Pt. Venkatesh Kumar's performance of Raag Vrindavani Sarang at the FEA-curated morning concert Prabhati, covered the entire range of emotions,from plaintive to playful, full of energy and joy. Bharat Kamat on tabla and Ajay Joglekar on harmonium accompanied Panditji with equal measures of enthusiasm and skill. Tanpura and vocal accompaniment were given by Shivraj Patil and Ramesh Kolkunda. It was plain to see everybody genuinely enjoying themselves on this rendition.
