How to disable the GeForce Experience Share in-game overlay
Disabling this Overlay off gave me 40+ FPS on my GTX 980M.
- Open the GeForce Experience application
- Click the Settings icon on the top right corner
- From the General tab, disable Ingame Overlay in the left Column.
