On the laptop, open Google Docs. Select Tools, then Voice Typing.
On the smartphone, play the video from YouTube.
On Google Docs, click on the microphone icon to start transcribing.
Correct any transcription errors.
Split the transcription into separate lines.
Copy the edited transcription.
Go to the YouTube Video Subtitle edit page.
Click on Add to add new subtitles.
Select Transcribe and Auto-sync.
Paste the copied text into the box and hit Set Timings.
