Spore - Great Red Dragon - Most Detailed Creation Yet
So, I was recently inspired by some creations on DeviantArt, and I set myself a challenge... to create something so complex that it would cause my Spore to crash. Well, Spore never crashed in the end (until I tried to save it, but I expected that) but I did make what is possibly the most detailed creation so far (that's not a megabuild).
This is possible with the Dark Injections mod, but I simply do not suggest doing it, because you will lose your creation. There's different states of "freedoms" that I refer to within Spore. There's Vanilla, Soft-Cap, and True Freedom. Vanilla is with the freedom cheat, no mods, just save and can't share. Soft-Cap is with a freedom hack and what I limit myself to in all of my creations - it's the point where the creature stops animating. When it stops animating, you can continue to add more parts on (True Freedom) but the creature will not animate, can not be textured, and as you add more parts, can not be saved.
I always stop at the Soft-Cap, so I can finish my creature with textures and show it off. This time, I went far and beyond. And it was pretty damn fun!
