I go over how January 2022 ended up and how I have set up February. I still have some work to do on my overall Year Goals but hoping by mid Feb I will have those all worked out. Recovery is my primary focus for the first quarter and January was specifically dedicated to me just getting through my hip replacement and being on the road to much more functionality, energy and overall feeling better.
