Gst Refund Eligibility: Who Can Claim GST Refund Explained By CA Swapnil Munot
Under GST, a standardized system has been set up for making GST refund claims. The entire GST refund claim processing is done through GSTN Portal. The refund application has to be made in Form RFD-01 (to be certified by a Chartered Accountant) within 2 years from the “relevant date.” This relevant date is dependent on different scenarios.

GSTR 9 is an annual return to be filed yearly by taxpayers registered under GST. If you have an aggregate turnover of more than Rs.2 crore, GSTR 9 filing mandatory for you.
The GSTR9 due date for a financial year is 31st of December of the year following the relevant financial year.
