Bread Roll Written Recipe With Directions:
Ingredients:
Bread Slices 5
-Potatoes (Alu) boiled & mashed 2
-Green chillies (Hari mirch) 3
-Onion (Piyaz) 1 small
-Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1 small or ½ big
-Carrot (Gajar) ½
-Cumin seeds (Zeera) 1 tsp
-Salt (Namak) ½ tsp or to taste
-Ginger (Adrak) powder ½ tsp or Ginger paste 1 tsp
-Red chili flakes (Koti Lal Mirch) ½ tsp
-Corn flour 2 tbs
-Bread crumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-First, remove the brown edges of the bread. Dip the bread into the water, squeeze it, and place it in a bowl. (Repeat the process).
-In a separate bowl, add green chilies, sliced onions, sliced capsicum, and sliced carrot, then chop them in a blender.
-In a bowl, add chopped mixture, bread, cumin seeds, salt, ginger powder, red chilli flakes, and boiled mashed potatoes. Mix it well.
-Now add corn flour and mix it again.
-Grease your hands with oil, make rolls (shape of your choice), and coat in bread crumbs.
-In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry the rolls on a medium flame for at least 1.5 minutes until golden brown.
Tips and Tricks:
-Do not stir the spoon instantly after putting the bites in oil to keep them intact.
-After a minute, gently lift the pan and shake it so that the oil also covers the upper side of the bread rolls.
