As part of initiatives in international cooperation, Japan engages in the third-country resettlement of refugees. Through refugee-centered support in resettlement, we provide support to refugees so they can live in Japanese society with peace of mind. We also offer comprehensive support for employment and education, enabling many refugees to actively engage in Japanese society.
Japan will continue providing support by accepting refugees for third-country resettlement.
