Other Method:

"Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software"

1. Start - Run - gpedit.msc
2. Navigate to User Configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Driver Installation
3. Double Click on Code signing for drivers - Enabled - Select Ignore/Warn.

For people who don't run windows professional or above, you can use a registry tweak.

If you cannot access UI to change the policy, you may change the related Registry value:
Location:
1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Driver Signing
2. Change Policy value to 00 or 01
