What you will be needing
18 cup bunt pan


2 cups salted Irish butter room temperature
3 1/4 cups sugar
9 large eggs room temperature
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese room temperature
3.4 oz box instant cheesecake pudding
1 cup sour cream room temperature
4 cups cake flour measuring properly spooned into measuring cup then sifted
2 cups maraschino cherries drained and patted dry then cut in half each cherry

Bake at 320F until done 1 1/2 hrs may take longer ovens vary

Icing
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
Mix together
