How to do a Stunt Car Hit! Making of Douchebag Parking
How to do a stunt VFX CAR HIT, but in a new way! We combined a real stunt (wire pull) with a simple VFX technique (wire removal) to produce what we think is a more realistic looking car hit! Check out the behind the scenes!

The camera we used for the main video was a Canon T3i with mainly the 18-55mm kit lens (we used a 50mm for the intro to the last scene). I had the Rode Videomic Go on top of the camera, as well. The Behind the Scenes (BTS) was filmed with a Canon 7D.
This was such a fun shoot day! We filmed Douchebag Parking in 5 hours, and enjoyed every second of it. Filmmaking is a group effort which has to be a fun, learning process for everyone involved, and I try to bring that positive energy to all of my shoots. Also, I personally enjoy the process of filming with my friends, and hope to continue doing it well into the future!
