BASIC WHITE BREAD FOR KITCHENAID
INGREDIENTS
½ cup low-fat milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 packages active dry yeast
1 ½ cups warm water (105 F to 115 F)
5-6 cups all-purpose flour
PREPARATION
Place drain, sugar, salt, and spread in little pan.
Warmth over low warmth until the point that margarine melts and sugar breaks down. Cool to tepid.

Punch batter down and isolate into equal parts. Shape every half into a piece, and place in lubed 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½-inch preparing skillet.
Cover. Give rise access warm place, free from draft, around 60 minutes, or until multiplied in mass. Prepare at 400 F for 30 minutes, or until brilliant dark colored. Expel from skillet promptly and cool on wire racks.
