To quickly group a list by age ranges in Microsoft Excel you may think of creating an extra helper column and then entering the group ranges in the respective cells and then doing some kind of outline group. Don't do that! Instead use a Pivot Table to help group records. Here's an Excel #shorts video to show you how.
