Temperature and humidity are measured with HTU21D sensor and displayed on an mini OLED SSD1306 I2C screen connected to a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W via ANAVI Info uHAT. The Raspberry Pi is running a custom GNU Linux distribution built with the Yocto Project and OpenEmbedded. C++ application reads data from the sensor and displays it on the screen.
