AMA2024 | Advanced Manufacturing in Aerospace
On 18 October 2024, the first edition of the AMA2024 [Advanced Manufacturing in Aerospace] conference took place at Sòphia High Tech.The event, focused on chip removal manufacturing applied to the aerospace field, was entirely sponsored by Sòphia High Tech and MAPAL.
CNC machining of mechanical parts, with complex geometry (also realized by Additive Manufacturing), were dealt and applications on Space components were viewed, directly on machining centers.
All the applications seen are the result of the partnership of MAPAL (tools provider) with Sòphia High Tech (technological user).
