Here's how to create a flow shake transition (or effect) in Premiere Pro for edits and AMVs! All you need is the Sapphire plugin as we're going to be using the popular S_Shake effect. If you do not have the BCC Lens Blur effect you can replace it with S_Blur (included within Sapphire), though it's not as effective.
This is also known as an "Impact shake".
