Colter Bay Village Tent Cabins in the Grand Tetons
This video tells you exactly what to expect when staying at the tent cabins in Colter Bay Village in Grand Teton National Park. We visited the park in August 2022. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded.
This is a great option that is so much less expensive than staying in a cabin or lodge in the park. There are often cancellations, and we were able to book this tent cabin about a week before we left. It is also a good option if you don't want to bring or set up a tent.
There is a free ice machine at the check in cabin, firewood is $9 (at the time we stayed there), showers are $5, and the tent cabin itself was $93 plus tax.
