How to fix Black Screen When Screen Sharing on Discord (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc)!
1. go to the voice and video tab in your settings then go to video codec and disable OpenH264 Video Codec, disable both of those options of you want.
2. if you go farther down the voice and video tab you'll also find a setting for "Use our latest technology to capture your screen." this has worked for some people.
3. But if it continues to be an issue where you only hear audio there is one last method that did the trick for me was actually going on chrome and going to settings. Scroll all the way to the bottom until you land on advanced drop down menu. Look for the setting that says "Use Hardware Acceleration when available" and disable that feature.
