Sometimes people living on different ends of the planet, but having the same products, plus similar conditions, begin to cook the same dishes. No one exchanged recipes, just the products themselves tell you how to cook them!
Take at least meat, or even better, minced meat. You can make cutlets, meatballs, or you can wrap it in dough and get dumplings. If you wrap it with a grape leaf it is dolma. But if this same minced meat is added to bell peppers, onions, potatoes and eggplants, then you will get the same dolma, only with a different name!
And suddenly - tukhum-dolma. Tukhum in Uzbek eggs (and not what you thought). So there's minced meat in the eggs? It would be funny, but how much of it will fit in there?
Therefore, take a kilo of pulp, 250-300 grams of lard, 150 grams of onions and a couple of dozen eggs. Do you have salt, pepper, vegetable oil and some flour at home? Maybe there are crackers lying around somewhere?
Then the holiday begins!
