Joey is a vendor who has 22 voiced, and lip sync dialogue. Both female and male main characters are fully voiced with their right voices. Joey is stationary inside the third rail and sells supplies. You're able to purchase a unique variant of the Shishkebab, & a unique variant of the Power Fist!
The mod including the dialogue was created by me (Nippleson) and the voice acting was done by my best friend Gorilla Media
