Short lecture discussing matrices in linear algebra.
Matrices are 2-dimensional rectangular arrays of scalar values. They have a specified number of columns and rows, with elements which may be any complex number. We can add two matrices, or multiply a matrix by a scalar, vector, or another matrix.
