Step by step instructions on how to bounce a mix using Pro Tools!
In this video we will cover bouncing, what file types can be bounced (MP3, WAV, AIFF), shortcuts, and the different options available when bouncing.
In the bounce menu we cover File Type, Output Source, Compression Type, File Format (Interleaved, Mono (summed), and Mono), Bit Depth, Sample Rate, Import After Bounce, File Destination, Prompt For Location, and Directory.
Bounce Instructions
1. Make sure the mix sounds how you want it to sound BEFORE you bounce it. Play it and listen close. Mute, unmute, bypass plugins and tracks as you see fit.
2. Set the length of the song (or part of the song) you want to bounce
3. Label your mix and check the settings
4. Check the mix and be sure it's what you want
