After searching for software and hardware issues for hours on end we thought we try the most logical and easiest try first. Now obviously we tried to change batteries, chargers, outlets, etc first. So i guess you can say the 2nd method was to clean the freaking phones connector port as suggested on numerous forums. Well what do you know, it worked. After picking the port with tweezers, mini scissors, finger nail clippers for about 20-30 minutes, it now works perfectly now. Lint, dirt, some kind of white paint, etc was stuck in it. Of course I would suggest you try to use a sewing needle which we did not have on hand.
And NOTE: Before you attempt this make sure to remove you battery, sim, and micro sd card in your phone.
Use this with a grain of salt. Im not responsible for any damaged phones.....just in case..ha
And please support my small channel by purchasing off Amazon so I can buy new tire for my car before it blows. Thanks again.
