I've tested the performance for Watch Dogs on the Steam Deck OLED, and here are my findings:
Low Settings: ~60-75 FPS
Medium Settings: ~50-60 FPS
High Settings: ~40-50 FPS
Ultra Settings: ~30-45 FPS
Overall, the game runs good on the Steam Deck.
I recommend playing on the Medium settings with a 45 FPS frame cap for the best experience or at the Low settings with a 30 FPS frame cap for maximum battery life.
