Synology DS1520+ Unboxing and Setup
The Synology DS1520+ is a 5-bay BEAST of a NAS. Capable of up to (5) 3.5" SATA, 2.5" SATA, or 2.5" SSD's as well as (2) M.2 NVMe caching drives. In this video, I unbox and set up the NAS, go through the initial setup, and then deck it out with a few apps. I also set up a 4 port Link Aggregation between this NAS and a 24 port Gen2 UniFi switch.
