Herradura Reposado leaves us wanting more... of something else.
We have really tried to get behind this bottle. We want to, we truly do. But, there just aren't that many redeeming things to say. That's not to say it's terrible, in fact it's much better than that. However, in today's tequila market, run of the mill doesn't cut it for us. This bottle is thin, somewhere between peppery and smooth, and finishes sour. Rest assured, we'll be trying the other expressions, but from the taste on this bottle we think the blanco might be our best bet. Cheers!
