In Zoho CRM, a parent record often has information that needs to be shared with each related record. However, to do this, you'll need to either manually copy-paste or write custom code. This is where the WES (Workflow Enhancement Suite) Advanced Field Update comes in.
Our WES tool has had an update to its User Interface (UI) and in this video, we'll show you how to update fields on each record in a related list based on data in the parent record using the WES Advanced Field Update new UI.
