Sending Announcements in Moodle
Moodle Announcements are a one-way communication tool used by faculty to send important information to students. Managing notifications to ensure students receive your messages promptly
When faculty create an announcement, it is emailed to all students in the course. The announcement will also be visible at the top of the course page when students click on the Announcements forum.
This video demonstrates how to access the announcements forum in Moodle, post a new announcement, attach files, pin important messages, and set display periods for timed announcements.
