When time is limited, it's still possible to maximize your workout! This fast-paced at-home dumbbell circuit is designed to make every part of your body feel the rewarding sensation of a challenging workout. In only 15 minutes, you can increase your strength, incinerate calories, and enhance your self-assurance. Push yourself with each exercise and witness your advancement skyrocket. This 15-minute session is crafted to encourage you with circuit and strength training, enabling you to torch calories and sculpt muscle.

If you have a pair of lightweight dumbbells and a heavy one, that will be great to utilize throughout this class. Even better is a pair of adjustable dumbbells, but the technique is always crucial, no matter your weight! Don't hesitate to use a lighter weight to improve your technique. Of course, we want to challenge ourselves, but injury from poor technique is never what we want. We want you to return for more workouts and build consistency in your at-home fitness routine. This is the at-home class when you're limited on time or want a quick workout.

With HIIT-style training, we want to push our bodies within their limits. If an activity is too intense, don't feel bad about modifying or altering it to something you feel comfortable with. These steps should motivate people to keep on track and work towards more advanced exercises.
