I can tell you my experience with them, bought a new 2021 model from.
1️⃣ Some months later, there was a click sounds from the back seats, went to service, they changed it because they had no idea where it came from.
2️⃣ Weeks later after this, the leather from the steering wheel started to come off - service changed it without questions.
3️⃣ Passenger seat cover came off, needs replacement, waiting for Mobile Service to change it.
4️⃣ Error - no more fast charge, needed to change a cable. Only DC charging available and usable aka slow charge.
These were so far my experiences but the service was impeccable always. Fast reply, fast appointment, covered everything by warranty.
