DOES THIS MAKE SENSE!? Brewing an East Coast Hazy Braggot w/
We brewed something REALLY weird for this batch. It's a beer that lands somewhere between a traditional braggot and an east coast IPA. We're calling it an East Coast Hazy Braggot, and it's made with pilsner base malt, honey, vista bittering hops and a vista dry hop addition for aroma and flavor. We used an east coast ale yeast and fermented in a keg fermenter.
This braggot turned out phenomenally well and we highly recommend that you brew it!
