Delmonico
1oz London dry gin
.5oz cognac
.5oz dry vermouth
.5oz sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
