Method 1:
1. Click Start Menu then open Control Panel
2. Click the "Appearance and Personalization" option
3. Click the "Show hidden files and folders" option, a dialog box will appear
4. On the "View" tab, click the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" option.
5. Click "Apply" then click "OK"
If it still doesn't work with the 1st method, then you can use the 2nd method:
1. Insert / Plug the flash into the USB port, wait until it is detected.
2. Open File Explorer or Windows Explorer, then check on what flash drive we detected. In the example in this video, the flash drive is detected in drive "F:"
3. Open the command prompt by clicking on the Start Menu and then typing "cmd" then press Enter, then a Command Prompt dialog box will appear
4. Type the command "attrib -h -s /S /D F:\*.*" (WITHOUT QUOTES) then press enter.
(the letter "F" here is the name of the flash drive, so please adjust it according to the circumstances)
5. Try checking again on the flash drive. Usually a folder with no name will appear. Please DoubleClick or open the folder. Usually in the folder that our data is hidden by the virus.
6. To move it, block or select all files & folders in the unnamed folder, then right click and then click "Cut". Then click again on the name of the Flashdisk drive then right-click on an empty space, then click "Paste"
7. Done.
