Scientists have created a room that has been certified by Guinness World Records as the quietest place on Earth. It's right here in Minneapolis at Orfield Laboratories. After 30 minutes in the chamber you actually hear your heart beating, your lungs, and your stomach. The padded room was pitch black so people also get claustrophobic.
