Menchi Katsu are Japanese-style patties that can be served with shredded cabbage, fresh tomatoes, or rice for a hearty lunch or dinner. It's made of ground beef and spices, molded into a patty, and then coated in breadcrumbs for a golden, crunchy finish.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE PATTIES:
250g ground pork
250g ground beef
1 large egg
1 medium yellow onion, chopped finely
⅓ cup Panko
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
Pinch of ground nutmeg
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
FOR FRYING
¼ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Panko
Oil for deep frying
SAUCE:
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
