This video is all about the process of growing Wildflowers in Austin Texas. Last October I planted a Wildflower seed mix, and some bluebonnets on my property. Its been really fun to look back at the progress we've seen over the last 6 months!
Here in Zone 8B we usually don't have such rough winters, but with winter storm Uri, this last winter set some records and was really hard on the garden. Despite it all, this spring my wildflower beds have bloomed and are doing great! Texas is a beautiful state, and it's wildflowers are iconic. These colorful flowers help with pollination for my vegetable garden, and I think they show how beautiful creation can be!
