CW QSO Parks on the Air - New filter in Yaesu FT817 QRP
I installed a 300hz filter in the Yaesu FT-817. This is the first contact I made with it. A Parks on the Air station, KN4RBN at K6836 in North Carolina. 5 Watts to an EFHW at about 40 ft. The paddle is a home brew, the link will be below. Power source is a 7.5 ah SLA battery. Sorry about the angle, I didn't set up my stand beforehand. Look for more QRP videos coming up.
