Create a new user in Microsoft Entra ID
Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel! In this video, I'll guide you through the process of creating a new user in Microsoft Entra ID step-by-step. Whether you're managing accounts for your organization or just getting started with Entra ID, this tutorial will help you set up a new user quickly and efficiently.
First, I'll show you how to access the Microsoft Entra admin center using your Global Administrator account. From there, we'll navigate to Identity, click on Users, and select All users to begin the user creation process.
Next, I'll walk you through filling out the necessary fields such as User principal name (the user's email address), Display name, and Password options. We'll keep the account enabled and proceed to set additional details under Properties, Assignments, and Review + Create tabs.
By the end of this tutorial, you'll have successfully created a new user in Microsoft Entra ID, ready to collaborate and access resources within your organization.
